The UltraCom is an expansion of Modular Communication System’s powerful UltraCom Radio Dispatch Console to include administration and E911
telephone operations. The UltraCom system is a fully digital radio/telephone/E911 dispatch communication console. Its primary purpose is to allow a dispatcher to manage the complex array of information
and communications present in today’s modern dispatch environment. The UltraCom allows a dispatcher to perform tasks such as communicate with field personnel via radio base stations, answer E911 phone calls,
place admin phone calls, monitor alarm status information, and control auxiliary equipment in one seamless user interface. The dispatcher operates a console position by means of a touch screen monitor and/or a
mouse. A typical system includes control for several dozen radio base stations, tens of phone lines, and several dispatcher operating positions. It's intended market includes: E911, Police, Fire,
Medical, Emergency, and Utility dispatch centers.
